Technology
Pink hydrogen
Country
Sweden
Application in details
Electricity producers use pink hydrogen to power the electrolysis process, splitting water into hydrogen and oxygen. It can be stored as potential electricity or converted directly to support the grid.
Producing pink energy is similar to a green alternative. Nuclear sources can generate electricity to power the electrolysis process, creating hydrogen using high-temperature retractors that are powered by nuclear energy.
Scientists are also developing methods to produce pink energy through thermal decomposition of methane (TDM). People can use nuclear energy to pyrolyze methane and reach high temperatures without emissions.
