The patented (R)evolve gas fermentation platform uses carbon dioxide and hydrogen as clean and renewable sources of carbon and energy to create ingredients for a more sustainable food system.
Clean and sustainable carbon dioxide and hydrogen are fed into our fermentation vessel along with a handful of simple nutrients. Proton is grown using naturally occurring microbes in a continuous natural fermentation process that effectively reduces emissions from agriculture, and becomes the optimal macro ingredient in the harvesting and drying process.
