Application in details

Pyrolysis is a thermal treatment of waste without access to oxygen, in which it decomposes
into elementary substances and releases useful energy.

Specialists managed to find a unique solution - the use of catalytic purification of the product in the pyrolysis cycle itself, that is, purification from paraffins is at the initial stage, when the plastic has just turned into a gaseous state, and only after this purification the fuel condenses.

Thus, the process of low-temperature pyrolysis and catalytic purification system allows to decompose plastic and obtain from it clean fuel - diesel, as well as high-calorie gas, from which it is possible to produce electric energy from 20 to 60 kW / h (0.5-1.5 MW / day), depending on the type of installation.

Scalability

Currently, the company produces and sells various sets of equipment for energy production by recycling plastic and rubber waste. There are also numerous additional opportunities for the development of alternative energy solutions: equipment based on the pyrolysis process can be designed and modified to meet customer needs.
